I just want to thank you for the support you gave me and my daughter. Your professional advice and referrals to Jennifer Grieve and from there to Dr. Fran Cousins have been amazing.Probably saved my daughter’s life. I will probably be back to see you at some point but I just want to touch base and tell you how much I’ve appreciated your referrals and your help. You are the best! And you have the whole narcissistic thing completely right. My life! My daughter is now studying Psychology. Much like I did but more as a result of her experiences with Mr. Narcissistic. It’s a good thing though. She’s very centred and brilliant in this area. You would be proud and can take some credit for this. She has never met you but totally appreciates the influence and support you gave. Maybe it’s true that things happen for a reason. Thanks from both of us!

Hi Barbara,
I am Mamta Chhabria , from India.
Your headline was exactly was going on in my mind ” how do i ask my husband for a divorce?” And just then i came accross your article in the internet.
I am married for 15 years , and since the past 4 years my marriage is in trouble - so finally i had the courage to ask for a divorce as i relaised that things were not working and my spouse and i are totally opposites in life.
We have 2 kids age 10 and 13 years old.
I am into depression big big time as i cannot carry forth my life this way anymore - There is no happiness and love for my spouse at all within me.
How do i suceed ?
Please guide me.
